Great guy! Also Chris Z in photo department was very pleasant to deal with aswell. Both times walking into the store I was greeted within seconds! Hope London drugs takes care of these stellar dudes!”

“Great service and staff. Went to get a swab for strep throat. They can swab, test it right there and then prescribe antibiotics there itself, all within 5-10 mins. They also have lots of very clean, plastic-free, Canadian made products like Jack59 soaps and shampoos that are made in Alberta!”
“Cashiers are friendly and efficient. Sure Galen's company messes up the app and that can be annoying at checkout but that ain't the cashier's fault. The pharmacy is the shining star, the cat's meow, winner of more gold stars than Summer! (in School of Rock). Alice is our fave pharmacist but we haven't encountered anyone that is bad. Super duper all around. Way to go, team!!”
“I recently visited the Safeway on Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park and overall I was impressed. The store was very clean, organized, and well-stocked. There were four self-checkouts which I really appreciated; it was much faster and more convenient than talking to a sales associate. They had paper bags available if you didn't bring a reusable bag which was nice. The only issue I had was that I thought the prices were a bit high. I would definitely recommend this store to others, but I would also suggest they check out other stores to compare prices.”

“Hello..I ordered take out today from the Chinese Food Kiosk located in the store.
The Shanghai Noodles were good as expected along with the Lemon Chicken and the Black Bean Chicken.
×Found the Onion Cakes disappointing..not enough onion mixed in and somewhat greasy.
×The other disappointment was the Szechuan Beef which was bland and pale; it needed to be crispier without being tough and a little more seasoning/spice.”
“I have been getting my prescriptions filled at Dispensaries Ltd on Sioux rd for a couple of years now, after being referred by my nurse practitioner. They have always been very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.”
“Went to get a prescription filled. Was told incorrect information about my coverage. So I decided to fill it but only take half of it and then come back for the other half when needed.
I paid the 12 dollar fee on top of the full cost of meds for them doing less than 5 minutes of work.
I went back to today for the other half of the prescription that's already filled and they are trying to charge me another 12 dollar fee.
This is predatory practice.
To top it all off, I was told on my first visit that wouldn't happen.
Seems like everyone there is ESL, but I know they understood what was being said.
Edit: the situation has since been remedied, and I would like my review to reflect that now. Pam is super kind and helpful, and the manager Ryan helped sort things out for me to my satisfaction.”

I had been treating & healing a split between my thumb & forefinger for approx 3 months & what he sold me worked so well that I haven't had to bandage up my hand or had a crack split open in 2 weeks now. Yay!

I visited the Shoppers Drug Mart on Baseline Road recently. The store is clean, organized, and the staff are very nice, making for a pleasant shopping experience.
The prices can be high unless you catch good deals or promotions, but the selection and overall service make it worthwhile.
Overall, a reliable store with helpful staff and a welcoming environment. I’ll continue shopping here and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and well-kept location.”

I have one huge issue…at christmas i bought many gift cards from shoppers
I purchased one in November for my 9 year old grandson to open on Christmas eve well.. with receipt in hand and charge on visa it was discovered to have been opened and redeemed by some unscrupulous person by taking the numbers and resealed with double sided tape
Well upon phoning i found out no responsibility is taken by shoppers
I have now got to deal with amazon.. not fun… the worst part is i gave my tearful grandson cash from my savings (a senior ) so i paid twice for it
You should keep your gift cards behind locked cabinets to prevent disgusting scammers from taking kids Christmas presents

“I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened and have always had excellent service. They are friendly, helpful and special order in some drugs for me. When they didn't fill a prescription one time, it was because it wasn't safe for me to take with my normal everyday prescriptions. During this time they counselled me through a safe solution. They also have several great staff members that have been there for years which says a lot to me.”
“Went here solely for trying out and picking a cologne and was not dissapointed at all, two very helpful and very kind women named Alana and Patricia showed me almost every cologne in the place and were still just as cheerful and bright at the end as they were at the start, they both knew their stuff very well and were extremely helpful especially Alana who knew backstories about colognes, knew cologne chemistry and theology (idk what to call it, i hope thats a thing) and could even tell me what almost every cologne smelt like before getting the tester out, what notes it had and what it would smell like on and off my skin . I was very impressed with how this perfume and cologne section at this shoppers location was, ive been to almost every other shoppers location in edmonton and this one by far beats every other shoppers by a long shot, the way they have the prices for colognes set up, the way they have the labels for EDT, EDP, parfum etc labeled on the bottom of testers so theres no confusion, they have almost every tester for every cologne ready for testing, they have a massive stock so they're not missing any scents, knowledgeable and helpful staff who dont act like your being a nuisance or wasting their time and who actually take pride in what they do, and they even have fancier testing papers and fancier places to throw the blotter papers out lol. I cant really speak for the rest of the departments but if your shopping for perfume or cologne I recommend nothing but this location.”
“Consistently, I receive great service from any of the staff, from the main pharmacist Sweetie to everyone else. Today I wanted to do a shout out of thanks to Akash (Limbachija) for his warm welcome, warm and friendly service and great efficiency. I’m treated like family whether I call or arrive in person by him. It’s great to see how friendly and respectful too that they are to each other.
In times past due to a huge change over in staff, the pharmacy struggled to meet its high standards, this is passed and I truly hope dissatisfied customer then give Superstore Pharmacy another try. I stuck it out and enjoy a great relationship, thanks to people like

“One of the best pharmacies I’ve been to. The folks are always caring, never delayed filling prescriptions and always ensure they provide coaching for instructions on how to take your medications.
I advised how I was taking them, prior to leaving and they advised the proper way and how they may not have been doing what they were supposed to prior.
