“Needed something different for my wife' who only eats vegan. The clerk explained how to identify vegan. vegetarian and normal selections. There is a fairly good variety of vegan and the tomato and spinach gnocchi was excellent. Prices are good and it is very easy to wander among the freezers and pick out whatever you like.”

“Nice outdoor shopping mall in Sherwood Park. Safeway and London Drugs anchor the shopping area. There is lots of parking. No washroom facilities of course. Lots of other retail stores and restaurants. A liquor ? store, Tim Hortons, IHOP and others. There is also a Safeway gas station ⛽️”

“Friendly staff. Clean and nice looking store (as compared perhaps to something bigger like Superstore for example). Not a slag on Superstore but Sobeys just seems a touch more refined in terms of design and layout. Probably the darker color scheme. I digress. The prices of some items seemed higher to me than say Walmart or other stores, but nowadays everything seems high so maybe that's just me. Generally I tend to shop around and don't do all my shopping in one store. This one just happens to be convenient to get too with lots of parking so I run here for quick buys. For bigger shopping runs I go where I can find the cheapest price first before going here. But I do that with pretty much everything. Might have to do with the loyalty program as well. Other stores offer points off groceries - that's a draw for me This one is a Scene card (save on movies I believe?). I don't go to movies much so it's not a big draw for me. But my buddy shops here a lot and loves movies and so it makes sense for him. He loves it so I'm giving them 5 stars.”

She took her time finding me the best products from each brand, color matching each individually, and applying it to my skin so I could compare what product worked best for me. When walking in, I was not anticipating this much help, but Parm’s knowledge, assistance and customer service made an incredible impact on my experience.”

“I recently visited the Safeway on Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park and overall I was impressed. The store was very clean, organized, and well-stocked. There were four self-checkouts which I really appreciated; it was much faster and more convenient than talking to a sales associate. They had paper bags available if you didn't bring a reusable bag which was nice. The only issue I had was that I thought the prices were a bit high. I would definitely recommend this store to others, but I would also suggest they check out other stores to compare prices.”

HUGE RESPECT FOR YOU IF YOU ARE READING THISNote - A lady (don’t know the name but she looked asian and wear glasses) working there was very rude with me and asked me to not reach her for any help. That was an example of poor customer service.”

“I’m the cook for my household so when I stepped into this haven of glorious oddities and gourmet ingredients I felt like a kid in a candy store. Beautiful selection of meat and cheeses as well but be sure to grab a number and be prepared to wait in line for the deli meats (well worth the wait). Give yourself time for a snack too as you must grab one of their lovely pizzas. We had #6 which was the prosciutto arugula, finished with balsamic and olive oil. Just so absolutely satisfying.”
