“I brought my watch here after having it sized twice at the mall, where the links kept coming loose. The gentleman at this shop (who I believe is the owner) carefully examined the watch and quickly identified the issue with the pins. He took the time to fix it properly and made sure everything was secure before handing it back. When it came time to pay, he was genuinely insistent that there was no charge. It’s rare to come across that kind of integrity and attention to detail. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and carries a great selection of watches. Overall, a 5-star experience and I would highly recommend this locally owned shop.”

“I've had the pleasure of working with Edward at Michael Hill a few times over this last year and the service has been second to none. Just a tremendous experience all round and I am extremely appreciative of his knowledge and always friendly support.”
