“I brought my watch here after having it sized twice at the mall, where the links kept coming loose. The gentleman at this shop (who I believe is the owner) carefully examined the watch and quickly identified the issue with the pins. He took the time to fix it properly and made sure everything was secure before handing it back. When it came time to pay, he was genuinely insistent that there was no charge. It’s rare to come across that kind of integrity and attention to detail. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and carries a great selection of watches. Overall, a 5-star experience and I would highly recommend this locally owned shop.”
