“Took my watch for a battery replacement. Got it done pretty good and fast. When the battery was being replaced because the battery died for a while some liquid got left in it. The guy cleaned it and did a battery replacement and gave me some pointers. Excellent team there would highly recommend”

“I came to Bonnie Doon Gold Star Jewellers and I recently lost my nose piercing, Darlene came to me as soon as I walked in I asked them an odd question if they nose piercings, I am leaving for Mexico the next day and she gave me an amazing deal from $80 to $50 for the most beautiful nose piercing I’ve ever bought, way better than buying a pack at Claire’s! It’s a ruby nose pin and I love it!”

“I received a Fossil watch for a gift , it’s a great watch . I like wearing it at work as it counts my steps , which lead to me losing the charger .Replacing the charger turned out to be pretty difficult as there seems to be a wide array of different chargers for different models and generations .After trying and failing through Amazon I decided to go to an actual Fossil store and the customer service was amazing . First I tried the Wested location which didnt have the charger I needed but they found it at SouthGate and when I got there to pick it up they didnt charge me for it as it was an extra that they just happened to have laying around ! Now that is how you keep a customer . Thanks Fossil stores .”

“I purchased our engagement ring from their online store. I was scared to order something of this value online but I was not disappointed. I’m extremely happy with the customer service, shipping and their packaging although I wish I was given the option to purchase another case for the ring as it came with a generic box that wasn’t my taste. However, you can’t beat their prices and quality of their rings. The diamond report was accurate which matters the most to me. I was a first time customer at Independent Jewellers and they have my full trust. I’d recommend this store to anyone shopping within Canada. Save a ton on duties as oppose to purchasing on US online stores. The shipping was also free from Edmonton all the way to Toronto where we live. Again, I’m really glad I made this purchase, my girlfriend loved it and most importantly she said YES!”
