“First, I’d just like to say they are very reasonably priced. I have brought multiple items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings) for reattaching, shortening, cleaning and resizing, and a watch for a new battery. All of my pieces have been delicate, either given to me when I was younger or passed down in family.
Second, these pieces have been handled and restored with the utmost care. I am so pleased with the precision and in the pride these people put into the work they do. I’ve only received exceptional customer service that has been honest, kind and professional.

“This is one of my favorite stores in edmonton. I have purchased 3 watches from here's so far (Mint PRX, Seiko Purple Sunset and Prospex Tokyo Edition) and each time it's been a great experience. I had an issue with the Tissot and they sent it in and called me when it came back and it's been flawless since. I have also brought a few other watches in for adjustments and one for a polish. If you want Limited Edition Seikos this is the best store. I just wish they were open longer.”
“I made the mistake of riding an electric bull with my wedding ring on so I a.) Lost a setting stone. b.) Bent my ring and c.) Had a visible crack in the band.
I actually went to a different jeweler first but they didn't work with moisonite and they recommended highglow and I'm so glad I went here, my ring looks brand new and for a really fair price compared to other places.
Jewelry is repaired on site and all of the staff seems knowledgeable when it comes to questions. All in all I'm very happy with the staff and service here.”
