“I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to an employee named Hope! I needed help getting a new safe box that was stored high up on the top shelves and still in packed box, and she didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up to get it down for me.
On top of that, she went out of her way to check all the available color options to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Hope was incredibly approachable, helpful, and brought such great energy to the floor. Fantastic customer service—thank you, Hope!”
