(We did NOT receive the same courtesy from the manager of card renewals at Winterburn Costco who was rude, abrupt, and dismissive of our problem renewing, so we went elsewhere.)

Best Costco location. Keep moving items way tok frequently and that makes it hard to find some stuff. They also discontinue things a lot which sucks but that's more of a corporate issue
