“Jan. 14, 2026: I attended the St. Albert Home Depot the morning of Jan. 14. as I needed only one 1 inch screw for a walking cane device for my husband's cane. I was advised by a wonderful lady that worked there to go to the rental section. Once there a very polite gentleman stopped what he was doing and proceeded to look thru 100's of screws with no hesitation to solve the need. He found a screw and drilled it in place. Our cane safety problem was solved by the kind and patient fellow in that area, I wish to acknowledge and thank him for his obvious pride and care he likely gives to all who need his help and guidance at Home Depot. Thank you and the very best for 2026.”

“I visit the weekly at a minimum. About once month or every couple of months they drop a huge new line and if it’s from brands/styles I like I for sure spend too much ?”

“Love Winners! Esp this branch in St Albert Centre, they have great finds of best brands out there! I checked out other Winners stores before in Edmonton, this one is by far the best in my opinion and experience. They sale every Friday and is the best time to shop bec of deals and they’re also re-stocked (which means much better finds!) by this day of the week, as I have observed.”

“After waiting 1.5 hours at Costco for a prescription only to be told it was out of stock indefinitely, I popped in here to see if they had it. They didn't, but a lovely lady went above and beyond to help me with an alternative. Introduced me to a discount card to give me a price break on the brand name version, called Costco to transfer the prescription and I was able to leave with something rather than nothing.
Old-fashioned good service.”

“I phoned Canadian tire on Thursday Jan 29 around 5 PM to see if they can fix a tire with slow leak. They said bring it rite away and the will fix it. Got there at 5:15:PM. Looked at tire and told me it was not repairable because nail went in at an angle . So they took it off the rim and put my spare on. All this took90 minutes and I got charged $60. Took the tire to an actual tire shop. They could not believe the Canadian tire could not fix it. Not only did the tire shop fix it, I was out of there in 30 minutes. I will not go to Canadian tire shops. All they did was gouge me for money. I will tell everyone I know not to go to the Canadian tire St. Albert..terrible service. I would some kind of a refund on my bill.”

“I can’t comment on the store’s product selection, but the Customer Service Center is probably the best among all the Walmarts in Edmonton and St. Albert. Even though we couldn’t solve my issue, they spent an hour and a half helping me. The attention, care, and support were truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the staff. It’s really wonderful when you feel that people genuinely want to help you and do everything they can. Thank you so much.”
