Love F45 St. Albert! The workouts are always fun, fast-paced, and never boring. The coaches are super friendly and encouraging, and the vibe in the gym is really welcoming. Awesome place to gym at. The owner Kate and her hubby-to-be Quintin are friendly, kind and super accommodating. The owners, coaches and members are all approachable, friendly and supportive. An amazing place to work out with amazing people.
