He thoroughly walked us through the process, fully explained everything, plans, phone options, etc. and dealt with us in a most professional and friendly manner. He arranged for us to get all our data from our old phones transferred and this was done in store. Yusuf also explained our new phone functions and made sure we were comfortable with our new equipment. We walked out the store completely satisfied. Big shout out to Yusuf....”

“Bought a screen protector for $50ish and had them install it just over two weeks ago (16 days specifically) and it's absolutely ruined. Coming up in the corners and along the edges, which made it get caught on my pocket and shatter one corner of the protector.
Went back to get it replaced as per the owners reply and they were lovely. Appreciate them going above and beyond. Sounds like the one I had issues with was a factory defect”

“I ordered a new Samsung galaxyS23 on line and picked up at this store on Oct. 13th. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me on the pick-up wasn't much interested in offering a helping hand. When I asked for help on transferring SIM card from my old phone to new phone, he didn't acknowledge nor respond. He even didn't look at me but just grabbled the phone and transferred Sim card. When I was trying to ask him a question, he was already walking away. It wasn't definitely anywhere close to the service you would expect. However, my experience was totally transformed from zero star to five star when I met these guys. For some reason, my new phone didn't pick up the data signal while calling and texting worked now problem. I tried all trouble shooting methods posted online but no luck. I ended up taking it back to this store on Oct. 23rd. These two guys, Avneet and Bharat went above and beyond trouble shooting my phone and tried more than dozens phones to test my Sim card. It turned out to be my data plan was the issue but these guys (specially Avneet) spent a couple hours in narrowing down the causes and diagnosing the issue and even used his own phone to check my Sim card. If you are disappointed with the service at this store, you have a wrong service person. Go ask Avneet and you would not be disappointed.”
