It's a superstore, they're all the same. They need to do a better job running their online order pickup though. I'm always waiting half an hour or more for them to come out with my groceries. Hire more people or don't book out so many slots, y'all are obviously always backlogged.

The quality at RCS is dropping and they can’t keep items stocked. Today I shopped only for $150 but six or seven items they didn’t have - out of stock. That’s pretty ridiculous for a short grocery list.

I want to thank Rv; it was around 6:15 pm today. I told him what I wanted to buy. He quickly and with a smile went to the place, showed me the item I wanted and came back. I thanked him and left. This young man handles things very well.
