“Never had problems with them. Good location, 25/7 access was a awesome. Only thing I didn't like was how much the unit filled with dust and small debris from outside. There aren't really any seals (on my unit at least). If everything is in boxes you should be fine”

“Enjoy the friendly front staff: look forward to an honest and confidential service when checking in. I was assured that the exception report indicating unlawful entry to the unit would indicate any criminal activity.
One important aspect for anyone that has items in storage is the fact that staff must keep quiet as to the items and occupancy of the owner on site. NOBODY wants to know your time and date of your entry.
We appreciate confidentiality; broadcasting personal information should not be tolerated, especially when so many have personal property there. Thanks”

State of the art security system to watch over all the facilities public area's entrances exit's & loading dock's to maximize the secure locker the renter pays for. And wait there more the professional dedication is not in the front office only a large thank you to the janitor of the cleanest storage facilities I personally have ever utilized in my lifetime. Hes work ethic and attention to a properly cleaned building is staying ahead of the renter before and after they complete their storage locker business to ensure a clean environment for the next person to arrive . “The move in was easy. The staff was accommodating and fast. The only problem was there was a container that blocked our access. I could still get to my storage unit but it took a little effort to back up the u-Haul to it. Other than that everything was great. I’m very happy.”

“I give a four star only because I can't give a storage place 5 stars because I don't agree with alot of their practices but anyways this location I was very afraid to rent at but had no choice at the time it seems really run down and I had issues with the locking door the first day then repaired it myself. So security seemed really flimsy. But the manager Kelly who resides on site was very professional and down to earth in all my dealings with her and that made things more acceptable. The fees are basically the same as everywhere else the hours are only until 9 pm which I didn't care for but the area I could understand for security reasons so again acceptable. There are no lights inside the unit which sucks but all in all Kelly makes the place seem like a good choice to trust the facility. They really should spend some money on the doors and locking mechs though not be so cheap with spending all on new locations and forgetting the places that help make the new places so fancy !”

“After an absolutely horrible experience with Southside U-Haul, manager Nicole and her hitch technician were a breath of fresh air. They were expecting me for my appointment, took my car right on time, installed the hitch in less time than expected and billed me exactly what was quoted (which for the record was 200$ less than what southside was going to charge me!) An excellent experience here and helped to take away some of the unpleasantness of my southside experience. And to top it off, the shop was neat, tidy and staff were organized and knowledgeable. Well done!”
“Last minute move for a friend from one senior center to another senior center. I was initially told there were no trucks available. Micheal made it happen and made everything go smoothly. All the staff were fantastic but I feel like Micheal really went above and beyond his job description to make this rental super easy.”

“If you need to store anything, I would use this place.
Rachel (hopefully i got the name right) was the most delightful and helpful person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time.
They are quite reasonably priced for the amenities that they offer. Loading and unloading indoors is honestly worth the extra. Plus, there is a bathroom.
If you get a bigger unit, you get to use their truck, which saved me a ton of money.
I will be using them again if I even need to store anything.”
