Pak Mail also offers a wide selection of boxes and other items to make sure parcels have the right fit. The mailbox rental is very affordable with mail forwarding also available. Well worth considering for anyone who moves around. I keep going back to Pak Mail for the excellent service.”

“My friend was waiting for the copy of their work permit from immigrations after waiting 5 months. They realized from an email that they had put the wrong address on the immigration paperwork when they arrived in Canada. We went to the Letter Carrier Depot in downtown Edmonton on July 11/24 to see if they could help. They were super helpful. They did some checking around their office, but no letter. This morning my friend went back to the Depot & they were again super helpful. They did do some searching , which is probably above & beyond their jobs

“Had the most efficient and courteous experience at this Purolator location today. The lady at the service desk assisted me with packaging my return, and watching a professional at work is awesome. I would have been fumbling with the plastic envelope for 5 minutes trying to squeeze the box into it, they had me out in less than one minute.”

“I see lots of people raging on here, and these couriers can be frustrating at times, as is the case with nearly every business transaction nowadays. I haven't had any problems with Loomis when a company decides to use them. They can be a bit slower than, say DHL (who are regularly able to get packages from Japan to Northern Alberta in 2-3 days), but are on par with UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or any other delivery service in North America. They try at least once, if not twice (verified by doorbell camera), and then I go pick up the package if need be. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.”
