“The manager Dan went above and beyond to try and help me find the item I was looking for! When he found out they didn’t have them in sylvan he tried the red deer stores. They didn’t have them either and he so kindly adjusted the price on the “better” version of the product I was looking for!”

“Alex and Jenna (Janna?)Thank you so very much for your kind and swift help.I was shopping at Coverdale No Frills in Sylvan Lake today.( Sat. sept 9/23.I began feeling unwell as I was shopping and finally made it to the checkout. I quietly said to myself but aloud that I wasn’t feeling well. The cashier was doing her job and likely didn’t hear me. I wasn’t able to bag my groceries with usual speed and my cashier asked another young lady to bag for me. At that point Alex, another employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. By this time I was about to pass out. Alex knew what to do and she did so with confidence and speed.Needless to say, I am ok and am so thankful that these fine employees were conscientious and compassionate to my need.
