“The cashier today was awesome. I was looking for baking cups and couldn’t find them. The cashier didn’t have customers so I quickly asked her where they might be. She knew exactly: aisle two most of the way down top shelf. After paying I was in my car and she came running out with my wallet that I had forgotten at the til. Just one of many experiences that keeps me coming back.”

“Well today was a day from hell for me.
Started off with a phone call to the coop in killiam ab.i asked if they had a mobility scooter, they didn't but was told if I brought in a list of items I needed they would fill the order while I waited.
Best customer service I've ever received. I have stage 5 end of life kidney failure.
To top it off I fell and broke my tail bone and damaged my knee.
So they went about filling my order while I sat on the bench out fro t in the the store.
Now is where the problem lays no fault of the store but of my own.
After sitting for sometime I couldn't get up. Three employees tried their best but no way was my knee having it. Than out of the bright lights of the store pops and good old friend that happens to work in home care in killiam. Well she knew how to get me back up on my feet. They loaded my order into my car and I was back on my way to my home town.

Way to go killiam coop I will never forget the helpless I felt until they stepped in.

“Great little grocery store. Has most things you might need to get on a grocery trip, prices are on par with most places, though there are certain things you might want to price check elsewhere if going to more than one place isn't a problem for you. The staff were all friendly and helpful.”
