“This UFA location is doing things right.
Almost every other UFA cardlock I've visited has something very noticeably wrong with it, and it usually is a lack of cleaning and maintenance. Not this place!
The receipt dispensers are 99% of the time working and stocked with paper. The diesel nozzles and their receptacles are usually clean and not covered in build-up. They do their best to keep the site clear of excess gravel and rock chips.
I even saw the woman with her little wagon (not mocking; it's adorable) hauling 8-10 jugs of windshield washer to clean and refill the squeegee wells.
Although *some* UFA locations do *some* of these things, this one does the majority of them.
It's appreciated!”

“We were travelling home and were greeted with a friendly hello. Next, the bathrooms were checked for cleanliness by this friendly young lady. As we were making our coffees, we were told to simply let her know when we were ready as she was busy sweeping. Finally as we were paying for our coffees, this sweet young lady, Reet, asked us if we had PC Optimum points. My wife thanked her for her lovely friendly face. Reet was truly lovely and that is such a wonderful thing to see! The coffee was tasty and hot too! Thank you, Reet for your hospitality! We will come back next time we come through Whitecourt!”
“I’ve been to many flying j’s around Canada but this in Whitecourt is the best so far. Cleanest washroom and showers! People are so nice especially the asian guy who works overnight don’t know his name. Shout out!!!🤩🤩🤩”

“Stopped at this gas station today and had such a great experience! The girl working there was incredibly polite and welcoming. The whole place was spotless, the floors were clean and everything was well organised. I also grabbed some food and it was fresh and surprisingly good. It’s nice to see a gas station that really cares about customer service and cleanliness. Highly recommend!”
“The staff there are fantastic n funny n very clean store n there def pumps actually work in the winter....kudos to them fantastic but not like the co op in Lloydminster Ab as there def pumps never work even on warm days as Lloydminster co op sucks but Whitecourt co op is awesum”

“Stopped in the store as my cell phone had died and my wife was driving from Williams Lake To Grande Prairie and had a flat tire. The young woman behind the counter was nice enough to let me use her cell phone to make a call and check on her. Very much appreciated the friendly service.”
