“Nice quiet and clean hotel on the far north side of Phoenix. There is shopping nearby, so overall it is a nice hotel in a great location. The front desk attendant who checked me in at around 8pm was really nice and helpful.”

“Front desk staff has been very friendly and helpfulNoteworthy details: I don’t know if all the rooms can hear the highway noise as bad as I did in the room we were in but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend you mention that to the front desk person and get a room as far away from the highway as possible. Otherwise we had a wonderful time”

“This was a last-minute stay bc our flight was delayed so long that we couldn't make the drive to the Grand Canyon like we wanted that night. This man who helped me was extremely sweet, nice, helpful, and just had genuine care for others. I did not get his name, but it was Oct 12th, and we checked in around 830/9, maybe, and he was there in the morning when we went to breakfast. I hope this company reads these reviews bc this man went above and beyond to help me. You don't find good customer service anymore, and I did that night. We had a rough day of travel, and my husband had a seizure on the plane & we couldn't get to our regular accommodations - we were so disappointed, but this man made everything less stressful. He had long dark hair, and it was braided. Give this man a raise. A promotion. We need more happy.. genuinely KIND ppl in customer service like him. Because of him.. we will be regular Hampton/ Hilton customers. ❤️Rooms: Very clean and everything is new!Food & drinks: Good breakfast in the morning, and they have a printout of all the restaurants that deliver to that hotel and their hours and phone numbers. It was so convenient.”

“We needed nine rooms for a family event. Aakash Trivedi, the general manager was great to work with. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend. Sharon”

“I like the look of the resort, really works for the location. Like the way suite is laid out, but the furniture seems chosen based on looks as it is not good quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed here as part of a promotional package that we got from Bass Pro Shops. It was definitely worth it! We had to pay $150, I think, and we got it all back at the timeshare presentation. The one room unit was very nice, and the service was good; whenever we needed something, like a pack n play crib or extra sheets, they delivered it. There is a free coffee drinks machine in the lobby every morning. The place runs plenty of free activities throughout the day, like the ones that we attended during our stay were rock painting, a bounce house, and a s'mores night. There's also adult activities, like a karaoke night at the bar. Some of the activities cost money, but they were supposed to have a $ beside them on the activity calendar. They must have made a mistake with the s'mores night, though, because there was no dollar sign on it, but turns out it cost $3 per person. The lady running it was very nice though and only charged some of our family instead of all of us,. We enjoyed the property, with horses across the street, a nice big pool with water slides, lawn games, tennis court, etc. For families with kids, we recommend going out to the Maricopa live steamers train on Sundays, and also enjoying Lake Pleasant Regional Park for hiking trails, the Scorpion Bay Grill, or even the occasional stargazing night on their activities calendar.”
