“Lack of onsite parking other than valet service is a bit of a shame, but everything else is very nice. Our room was very nice for the price, and countless downtown dining spots are easily walkable nearby. Didn't get a chance to try the rooftop bar, unfortunately, but the sushi restaurant on the ground floor was great as well.Rooms: The pillows weren't the best, but everything else about the room was very nice. The bathroom was very nice and modern-feeling.Walkability: All sorts of great restaurant options are available within 1-3 blocks in almost every direction.”

“I was here on a business trip. Customer service is amazing. I like the free breakfast and free dinner. Free dinner? Never seen that before but was happy about it. It made my business trip easy barely had to leave. When I got into my room I noticed hair on my pillows. Not sure if it was from the washing machines or what. I really hope they are washing the sheets. And I’m sure they are but washers and dryers aren’t perfect. I must have came at a busy time it was pretty busy. Lots of people. I noticed them in the parking lots with tables set up kinda like a smoking section in the corner of the parking lot. Only one elevator was working so it took a while to get to floors. And to the real reason why I put 3 stars was how loud everything was. There were people packed into rooms near me they obviously didn’t have keys so they would knock several times to be let in. The walls and doors are paper thin. And they would let the doors SLAM. I’m not being dramatic when I say slam either it would wake me up a lot which is unpleasant. That should be fixed. I’m mindful and didn’t let my door slam but some people aren’t as considerate as others. I know my review about the slamming doors won’t fix things but maybe owners will take it into consideration to upgrade them in the future. Somehow. I will be staying there for the next month for a business trip and it’s been a pleasure other than of course…. The doors being slammed.”

“Just there for one night, but we had an enjoyable stay. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel - was very good. Nice bar, friendly bartenders. Parking was expensive, but i think that is the norm for that area. Convenient to downtown. Would stay there again.”

“I do a staycation at Kimpton Palomar every few months and never regret it. This was my first time for New Years Eve. Saw John Mulaney and was back in my comfy room and bed well before midnight (I'm old, I've done enough celebrating on NYE, plus I was up for the east coast New Year and I'm originally from Michigan, so you see where I'm going with this....).”

“This company is a SCAM. We met here for a presentation and it is my hope in writing this review that I can prevent others from being preyed upon by the salespeople of Wyndham.Because my parents are Wyndham owners and the resorts are nice, my husband and I decided to meet for a presentation at Wyndham. I will skip over the sleazy sales tactics and jump to the end of the 3 hour presentation (after we were quoted 120 minutes maximum) where we were told we were authorizing credit checks to see what financing we are eligible for. After reading the documents, I read that we were signing up for credit cards in addition to the credit check. I told our salesman that I was not interested in signing up for a credit card before I signed anything. He told me AGAIN that this was for the credit check. I didn't press him, but I knew what I read. In retrospect, I wish I would have held firm. 7 days later, a credit card for me and my husband showed up in the mail. Signing up customers for unauthorized credit cards is highly illegal and Wyndham is walking on dangerous territory. Wells Fargo was fined for similar shady practices. We then were required to meet with their financing specialist whose recommendation was for my husband and I to finance $20,000 on their credit card (that they failed to mention we were already approved and signed up for) with a 16% interest rate. She told us we only have to make the minimum payment each month! I thank the heavens that I understand how credit cards work and the devastating financial situation that would put my family in. I'm absolutely shocked that it is legal for their financing specialist to even advise that as an option. This experience showed me that Wyndham is ONLY interested in their financial gain even at the expense if their owners/customers. I took the time to write this review to caution others of the predatory behavior of Wyndham and I hope this will help prevent others to falling into their trap. Please please NEVER finance $20,000 on a credit card!Salesman: ChazFinance specialist: BrandiBoth were incredibly dishonest and unethical.”

“Giving 5 stars due to their service. Front desk management helps a lot. Stayed there for 3 weeks. They had morning breakfast 6-10am but we eat only halal food, so not many options for us. I relied only on fruit and milk every morning. The only downside is that they had a limited electric burner allowed for guests i.e only for a day to cook homemade food but we requested the front desk and since we were there for 3 weeks they allowed us to keep the burner for the whole time without renewal every day.I request management to keep a burner in every room rather than borrowing for a day. Along with that they also need to keep cooking pot in every room as well. And also to keep a few veg items for non-american guests.”

“Front desk staff has been very friendly and helpfulNoteworthy details: I don’t know if all the rooms can hear the highway noise as bad as I did in the room we were in but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend you mention that to the front desk person and get a room as far away from the highway as possible. Otherwise we had a wonderful time”

“We spent one evening here since we're were in town for a soccer tournament. As you walk in, the front lobby is smaller than normal. It wasn't busy when we checked in and the staff was very accommodating. My husband didn't put my name on my reservation and he wasn't with us. They helped us get my name on it and made the check in process very easy.We stayed in the 18th floor. My boys were very impressed on how fast the elevator are. As you walk into the room, the ceilings are very tall and the room has floor the ceiling windows. The bed was VERY comfortable. I could have slept all day. The room was perfect for our family of three and definitely could have fit more.We loved the outdoor pool. It was the perfect depth for my 9 and 10 year old boys. The water felt warm and there are plenty of seatings. We also enjoyed their restaurant. We wish we were able to utilize the executive lounge and club but when we went downstairs to get our complimentary breakfast, it looked like we missed it.Definitely loved the luxury vibes and can't wait to come back for a longer stay.”

“I was so happy to find this place! Especially after having to leave another hotel at 11:30 PM for filthy and unsafe conditions. The front office manager Matthew Teofilo not only provided my husband and I with an amazing room, his calm and safe demeanor instantly put me at ease. I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I am in town which shall be often as my son lives nearby. This hotel is lucky to have Matthew on their team, I look forward to our next visit and hope to run into Matthew again!”

“What an amazing experience... Where do I start? From the second I pulled in I felt like I was at home. The staff made me feel so welcome as soon as I got there! I can't say enough about the grounds it is so well landscaped! They clearly had the best of the best with landscape design. I did notice some trees and shrubs that needed pruning but maybe I'm being a knit picker! The room I stayed in was so comfortable and I enjoyed the retro/vintage theme very much. I can say without a doubt I will be visiting there again very soon!Walkability: There are so many great places to eat within walking distance and if you're adventurous It's a hop skip and jump away from the light rail so you can get around without having to drive!”

“The shuttle does not start until 6AM. I have a 7AM flight. This is not mentioned on their website. Very upsetting as this is the only reason that I booked here. Ridiculous.Breakfast also at 6AM however I expected that. Anyone with a typical 7AM flight will have the same problem.”

“I stayed here while in Phoenix for a class. I chose it because of the great reviews and they weren't wrong. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was going well. The hotel lobby and the room were extremely clean and I felt very comfortable and taken care of. If more of my classes end up being in Phoenix, I'll stay here again.”

“Both Veronica the Manager and front desk clerk Jackie were extremely helpful. For a somewhat of an older property they really do maintain it immaculately. Clean pool, gated dog area, and no issues with our room. Thank you!”

“I have stayed at the same InTown suites location in Chandler a few years ago and because I had a great experience back then that's why I chose to come back . I'm happy that the front desk staff remain courteous and accommodating as before. Thr room I was in was newly renovated or upgraded from before ..the wifi connection was great and worthy of the few extras bucks gghon top of the weekly. Rent For me it was the coffee table that. I really like . It opens up into a compartment. The table itself was like an adjustable desk that you can raise and lower to adjust to your preference. Over all it was a fun and safe stay for me I love the. Respectfulcustomer. service they rendered towards me . Thank you so much Intown Suites in Chandler Arizona!!!Rooms: Newly renovated Big HD TV with movie channels a long conference couch on selected suites. Comfy bed with USB charging outlet my side table lamps full fridge with flat stove in the kitchenette. Rugs on the laminate wooden floor . Spacious bathroom . Reach in closet .paintings hung by the walls. Very nice room to chill and relax .black out drapes. I loved my sleeping moments in that suite.Nearby activities: Near 2 casinos Wild Horse Pass and Lonnebutte Casino under 5 miles from the property. Close to Arizona Mills Mall and Chandler Downtown . Alot of activities on weekends in Chandler and surrounding cities like Tempe College scene and Scottsdale City clubs and bars. Upscale environment and classy boutiques and arts venues.Safety: It was a good area . Less crime statistically . There's a 24 hours gas station by the property and I went to grab my Amazon order from the Amazon locker outside of gas station really in the night and therewas no one to be Leary off .it was a safe area and quiet location.Walkability: Walking distance to great restaurants and sports bar . I believe there is an LA fitness gym along side the property.Food & drinks: There are a lot of great eating places near by even walking distances.Noteworthy details: Easy check in. Friendly staff.”

“I see a specialist at Barrows Brain and Spine so this place great. Good price, friendly service especially the woman at breakfast, great buffet in the morning. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Jacuzzi and pool worked and was a nice temp. It was Jan so pool was a little cool but you could swim in. 1 small negative was towels were rough and no chocolate on the pillow. LOL Highly recommend will stay here often.Rooms: Smelled clean not just spraying over bad smells.Nearby activities: Lots of fast food places that are different not like McDonald's or burger King. A museum is very close but havet gone to yet.Noteworthy details: Free parking.”

“There were three in my party for a work trip. We were not told a full autorization would be done immediately. The authorization amount for myself and one other in our party were correct. However, one authorization was incorrect. The full authorization was done without knowledge and it threw our other parties bank into the red. It was later fixed but not correctly. I asked for a phone call back from sales or the General Manager but never received a phone call. I arrived home and the receipt was $40 more than the authorization. I was charged parking. The problem was we flew in and didn't rent a car. I never filled out a form with car information on it. Why was the charge greater than the authorization. The bookkeeping is poor. The room was fine. The TV selection was terrible. If this is in the Biltmore area, it should have more TV/cable selections. Thirty channels is not enough. I'd like a call back.Nearby activities: We were walking distance from a very expensive outdoor mall but it was nice. There were great selections for dining. We also took in a movie. Uber and Taxi weren't too expensive too and from Convention center or Airport.”
