“On July 24, 2026, I went to the AT&T store at Happy Valley Shopping Center. Believe it or not there was no wait time. Jimmy came right over to assist me. I had serious issues with my phone and Jimmy was very diligent and professional in diagnosing the problem. He was determined to figure out what was causing the issue, not reading wi-fi. He tried multiple ways to get my phone working properly after about 45 minutes. And finally he was able to get the wi-fi to work. I appreciate all the work Jimmy put in to diagnosing the problem. My phone is working great.”
“I Came into the store having a huge problem my phone that I had started service with about a month before never worked so I canceled it over the phone they ended up not canceling it and suspending it and putting me into collections later on. I walked into the store and it was pretty busy but right away I was greeted by a very friendly man that introduced himself as Jourdan and told he would be right with me he finished with the customer he was helping as quickly as he could and came to me. He ended up seeing the problem right away and took down my number and said he would contact me as soon as he got word on the escalation. He did later on indeed let me know what was going on”
