“Such GREAT customer service! Needed a phone for a trade in at AT&T. Tried to find one to purchase for a month. Had all but given up, when I found Phoenix Cell House. He knew exactly what to do to help me out. So patient, knowledgeable, honest and kindly professional. Even checked back with me the next day to ensure it was accepted by the cell phone company. Phone was in great condition and working order. The trade in was easily accepted. Thank You! Saved me lots of $$$$$”
“Very nice store and the gentleman was very helpful with our upgrade. However, I was signed up for AT&T home tech protection at $25 a month Without my permission . It was never talked about, I don’t even know what it is, and it was a pain in the butt to cancel. Very shady business practices when you add a charge to an account that you didn’t even ask for or talk about.”

“My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. I am so grateful for her honesty. I commend her for doing the right thing and also the Cricket store for hiring honest staff. My son caught the bus back and picked up all of his money. God is good. “I had a great experience at this AT&T location after a mix-up with my phone order from a different store. Another AT&T accidentally placed the order wrong, and I was sent an iPhone 17 Pro instead of the iPhone 17 Pro Max I originally wanted.
Ayah went above and beyond helping me get everything sorted out. Even when the process got a little frustrating, she stayed patient, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Thanks to her, I was able to exchange the Pro for the Pro Max, and in less than an hour I was walking out with the exact phone I wanted.
