“Went in with my 1 year old to get a new phone on 12/31/2023, was helped by Irie. I typically hate having to go get a new phone, and the baby was just an extra variable, but it needed to be done. “Please go visit the AT&T store on 19th Ave and Bethany home road. When I came to this store I was mad because my order had been cancelled. Monica made it so I couldn’t be mad. Her attitude was so sweet and kind and very helpful I might add. I could no longer be mad. She reassured me she would handle my situation. She handled my order with the upmost respect and she made sure I was not rushed and I understood the product I was buying. I upgraded from an i6 to a i15 s and I’m soooo happy. “Cricket hasn't been my favorite service sometimes, however when needing help, Rodrigo on 19th and Glendale location was very helpful with my boyfriend's search for a new phone. We purchased the phone and received a phone case and screen protector with it. I recommend going to this location over some of their other ones.”
