“I reached out to Gilbert on a Sunday to leave a message, I was amazed he answered the phone. He is very professional, and communicates very well. I was set up within minutes and picked up my phone a few days later. He explained (in person) how to use the phone and what to expect. The phone worked very well. His customer service is spot on! I highly recommend PHI for anyone here in the valley.”

“I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.”
