“Of course I received updates on ETA but unable to read them as my phone was unusable. The broken screen caused it to black out and power button wasn't working. And he was an hour late. But repaired it quickly. That bothered me a bit too because he did the repair in his van, so idk if my info was copied or not. It does look brand new. .I think I would prefer repair work more open/transparent.It was nice they came to me. And Asurion covered the cost.”

“I had been struggling to delete files from my 12 year old iMac, which was literally frozen. I was referred to MacMedia by one of their well known competitors, who surprisingly didn't understand a Mac computer. My initial encounter at MacMedia was with Haidyn, who saw me struggling carrying the computer from the car and he came out to help me. I didn't even have an appointment but he immediately gave me several options and managed the situation within 10 minutes. Haidyn and his colleague were so professional and knowledgeable, which was amazing after my experience at their competitor where I waited for an hour and had not been offered any solutions. I highly recommend MacMedia for their capabilities, knowledge and unbelievable professionalism and customer service.”

“I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.”
