Phone was repaired and back to normal at 4pm. Ian was no nonsense, clear, and quick. Recommend both ASURION and uBreakiFix for the ease and efficiency.”

I am not very technologically savvy so what may be a simple problem to solve with an iPhone to most people is typically an ‘I have no clue’ to me so I bring all of my problems to Mac Masters to solve. And they do on an iPhone 13 that I don’t want to part with. Very kind people who genuinely care about their customers. They even came to my house to help me. Highly recommend!

I was set up within minutes and picked up my phone a few days later. He explained (in person) how to use the phone and what to expect. The phone worked very well. His customer service is spot on! “I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.”

Even when her coworkers became busy assisting other customers, she stepped in immediately to make sure my repair stayed on track and that I received my computer back within the timeframe she had promised.
She took the time to walk me through the issues I was experiencing, helped me identify what was taking up storage on my laptop, and showed me practical ways to free up space and improve its performance. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered.
