“First of all I love having a bank in the grocery store because I'm always there it seems like. And also anytime I've used it they are always friendly. but, this last time was for an international wire transfer and Robbie couldn't have been kinder. I didn't have all the information so we were kind of doing a back and forth thing, but he was very patient and very personable and I appreciate that!!”

“I always have a good time at this branch location, but Peter went above and beyond for me today. He let me use their tray and wraps to roll up a lump sum of coins, answered questions I had about my newly opened savings account, and was organic with the pleasantries of small talk. Lovely location, very friendly and professional staff.”
“Never had an issue with this branch or any of the staff. They have always been helpful and friendly which justifies the 5 rating. However I am concerned with the proposed new changes that Chase is planning to implement to all accounts to increase their cash flow. I process a lot of money thru Chase and if they start incurring fees to my checking, savings, investments and credit cards I will be forced to move all my money to another financial institution and this rating will change.”
