The customer service reps at the desk are awesome, they seem like they actually do care about getting your order right and helping you with stuff that isn't working out.”
“I contacted East Valley Fan and blinds on December 15th my fan quit working, we did some troubleshooting on the phone, and determined that the receiver was bad.Patrick ordered a new receiver for me at no charge.I picked up and installed the receiver.The fan works like new.The customer service was excellent Patrick went above and beyond to rectify my problem.I would highly recommend them for all your fan needs.Thank you for all your help!John”

“I don’t know the day time managers name, but he is awesome. Every time I’m in the store, which is usually a couple times a week He’s always encouraging his employees, and complimenting them. He’s always friendly to customers. He even recognizes people like myself and says welcome back good to see you again. He offers assistance with getting large items to the car! “I want to give a Huge Shout out and Big Thank you to our Team Members whom worked 7/11/24. We had the power go out due to a transformer blew about 3/4 of a mile away. The power was out for around 4 hours. With the system down and no internet we had to go Old School and Hand write receipts, we were able to look up SKU #'s on phones to get them. It was not an easy task but we got through it. A Huge Thank you Alexandria & Kylie for looking up the info needed on your phones to help me with writing up the receipts. You 2 made a Huge difference in this process. It made it easier with this Team Work. Thank you Daniel for helping in this process, You Thank you Joe for helping us get through this time and for to us for staying late to input ALL the hand written receipts once the system was back up.
