“Haven’t even had the chance to experience the WiFi yet and I’m already incredibly disappointed. I check my address on the website, it’s available. Technician gets here, low and behold it’s not technically available for my house since the pole is too far (it’s a multi-dwelling property, this is annoying but the technician has no control over it). Good news, there’s another pole that IS close enough to my house. Bad news, they have to dig wire to my house. This wouldn’t be a problem if it was a quick process, but nope. It can take up to 30 days, not a single time frame other than that. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any WiFi company so far.
Edit: Mediacom was very quick to address my problems, and I have perfect WiFi now, no problems. I’m super appreciative of how prompt they were, and appreciative of my WiFi now.”
