“Had some problems with my billing so I had to go in-person. Tried to call, but the over the phone customer service was difficult to understand, so I went to the store. Adonis was awesome! He helped figure out my problem in no time and even changed the billing so it wouldn't happen again. He also set me up on the app to make it easier in the future. Sometimes, talking to someone in person is the best! Good hire, cox. This employee is excellent. I'll definitely go in again if I need help. Note: always take cash if making a payment, just in case.”
