I pulled into the nearby lot with a flat tire and went into the shop to ask if it would be okay to leave it there for a little bit while I figured out the towing situation, but Johnny offered to help by removing my wheel, taking me to the tire shop, waiting till it was repaired and driving me back. Definitely recommend a business that treats people like this.”

I came to James Tire for a simple alignment when they found a problem in my front end. They saved me from wasting my money on an alignment that in the long run would be a waste of money because my control arms were shot. I Have a maintenance warranty through EPP and Mike processed the paperwork for me, without reservation, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I can’t thank these guys enough for their perseverance, and professionalism! When EPP sent a warranty adjuster to check on the legitimacy of the job, the result was a full acceptance of the quoted work and price.
