Yuliza helped me get in contact with Justin who helped answer all my questions about getting the carpet and mats cleaned. He also quoted how much the services would cost and getting me special attention have the carpet extra clean. “Made a phone call and Nick answered. He answered all my questions and gave me his cell number. I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Even before going to finance, I had the confidence the vehicle was what I wanted. Finance was excellent, very professional, gave prime examples of what he was speaking to and left nothing unsaid. In my 70 years of life, this was the most honest, caring, and helpful evolution when it comes to purchasing any item. When I need to purchase another vehicle, I will be looking up Nick and KIA Horne dealership.”

“This is the place here at Jiffy Lube off of Baseline Road half a mile from where I live from Lindsay Road the people were very professional informative to check the ads and the tires all the fluids if you need anything that needs to be brought to your attention they will let you know and I like the oil they use the Pennzoil oil Platinum full synthetic this is the place I like to go because Jiffy Lube Place does not give the same quality of work that they do thank you Jiffy Lube I will always be your customer.”

“After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”
