“This survey is specifically for Chase Peterson who went above and beyond to take care of my car which is the main mode of transportation for my large family. He drove the car himself and did everything he could to come up with a solution. He was available by phone or text and always called back or got back to me in less than 10 minutes. When I came in, he had a rental for me or my car ready in the lot. Even though it was difficult to find what was wrong with my car, he did everything he could and had multiple people look at it. This has been my best experience with Kia service anywhere in the valley, and because of Chase, we will keep coming back to Horne.”

“August 17, 2026. These people are professional. Let’s just say I’ve been having my Toyota Service at the Toyota place. They did it once over on my vehicle and fortunately caught my starter battery before I would’ve been stuck on the road today. Standard batteries, even starter batteries and hybrid. Vehicles only have a life of 2 to 3 years in Arizona. Mine was five years old this month, I would’ve been stranded if they did not do the proper inspections and replaced it for me. Very trustworthy unreasonable”
“Been coming here for over 10 years. Today I saw a lot of new faces. Marcio and Jay treated me real good. Address my concerns and questions. Jay went over my report with me and gave me a detailed explanation of my issues. I felt comfortable making another appointment to spend money I hate spending. Marcio made sure I left satisfied with my overall experience. Great team, would highly recommend this shop. They have treated me fairly for so many years and the new team did not disappoint.”
“Looks great and is working well also! Tech was very nice and seemingly did a great job. It did take longer than I was initially told, that would be the only problem tho & it was only little more than 1/2hr longer. He cleaned/wiped everything down when finished and it looks very good!”

“After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”

“Been a Jackson’s member for years now and usually frequent the North Scottsdale/Tempe locations… let me tell you… the service and attention to detail here is beyond impressive (sorry boys at other locations).
Being welcomed by Isiah was awesome, just a nice guy. After the wash… I pulled into lane (5) and was welcomed by Kayla… who is a customer service gangster. Not only did she/they pay extra attention to detail in and out of my truck… she made it a point to make my exit as it should be… with professionalism and a smile.
