I spoke to Lee on a Saturday morning and he was able to get me quote the same day. His price was the same as he said it was, he didn’t try and change or add unneeded work, he called everyday with updates, the work they did was perfect and they followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still good working well. Mechanic called on Monday, let me know what was wrong, provided a price and was done by around 3 PM. It's great that they are open until 6 PM on weekdays. Car runs great now. They pointed out that some fasteners were missing from the skid plate, and after I ordered them online, they took the car right in a week later at no additional charge and put it up on the lift to put the fasteners on.”

“I couldn't believe how expensive the price of tires is. Gunnell's was $25 cheaper than Discount. $515 for two new tires in October 2023. Apparently the price of tires has gone up 71% FASTER than inflation. Not Gunnell's fault, but... just craziness.”

“I use these guys for most of the maintenance on the two vehicles i own. Today, the oil change took a little longer than I would have liked However the manager (without me ever complaining or mentioning anything about how long it took) offered to comp my oil change this time. I've never had any merchant of any sort take that level of accountability and immediately remedy the issue before I even had a chance to say anything. If you like working with folks who take accountability and do good work head in to this SDA location.”

“Service was quick and clearly defined and I paid exactly what was agreed to. I go to Jiffy Lube in many states to keep my camping van running well. Although each is different they all do the same process. 1 take you in order of arrival and tell you how long the wait is if any. 2. Check you in and give cost. If you don't like it at that point you can drive away. 3. Do the service as agreed to. 4. Charge you as agreed to. Therefore I don't understand some of the poor reviews. I really appreciate the service.”
