“I always shop at Fred's nuts and bolts for the special nut or bolt that you may need. Fred is so nice and he doesn't mind women. They have a large variety of tools and of course nuts and bolts!”
“I am traveling in my RV van and a woman tells me my air conditioning unit is flapping in the wind. So I pulled over at the next exit and sure enough I was missing at least one bolt of the outside protector. I found Miller hardware only six minutes away and stopped in. Bill was so quick to help me! He and Jose got a ladder figured out the exact bolts I needed, which was three and immediately got me all fixed up. “Great store with friendly staff. We bought an assembled grill (barbecue) and it would not quite fit in our vehicle. Dalton and Leo helped us haul it to our vehicle, then Leo went to get his personal socket set to remove one shelf so it fit in the vehicle. It was a great experience.”

“We frequently shop at this Home Depot. There is almost always someone around to help. I’ve never had a poor customer service experience. Returns are easy, and they are usually very well stocked in what I need.
Today we stopped by for the kids craft. We didn’t know that you had to sign up to come. They were kind and understanding, and still let us participate. I was especially impressed by how helpful they were throughout the craft, offering additional supplies, wipes, and kids aprons. It was great to be treated well despite the fact that we weren’t technically supposed to be there.”
