“We are so thrilled that we found One Above Cruisers!!! 2 of our mountain bikes needed minor repair. Upon arrival Josh was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. The cost was very fair and more work than we anticipated was performed at no additional cost. Bikes cycle better than ever. They are smooth, clean and safe. Turn around time was quick, service was superb and location is convenient. Cruisers on hand are very tempting and we will return for sure!!! Josh is a genuine, stand-up guy. It is apparent that he loves his craft. He is not only passionate about cruisers but human kindness too!”

“I'm giving this store 4 stars. 1 star taken away because of pricingWhen you walk in the door, first bike you see is $10,000.00 buckaroos... That sets the tone for the store. Yes the economy sucks and it's not 1990 anymore and bikes have advanced and such... But this is NOT the place to go if you're a beginner. This is like walking into a Louis vuitton bike store if he had one. The cheapest bike option my son was even remotely interested in was $700 and he is a beginner. Any practical middle class family would have a difficult time spending that kind of money for their child to learn on. Costco sells an electric bike for the same price, so it's like, weigh your options, I don't think this is the best place to purchase a bike unless you're really into aesthetic, name brand and need the Cadillac in the world of bikes. The workers there seemed somewhat knowledgeable but probably have a hard time reading their customer base and knowing how to sell those products to those people. I did mention right off the bat that my son was learning and he didn't seem to focus on that at all, it was like" this is what we have, here's all your options" and there was no focus on this would be his first bike at all. Nothing against the employee at all, he was very nice, just obvious that maybe some of their employees focus on their brand rather than the people and their needs who might be interested in their brand. My take away though is this brand probably won't be my son's first bike. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Maybe this place does have your hidden gem, it just doesn't have ours”
