“Melanie is our hero!!!! I was actually on the phone with a hacker that got into our account and was near the Goodyear branch. I went in, Melanie greated me and told her was was happening. She immediately got on it to lock my account. The hacker, still on the phone, got real quiet when she asked him some questions. We could hear him typing fast on his keyboard, but not fast enough.
