“Purchased mini fridge, while opening the box we noticed the handle was dented in 2 different spots. So we called in , spoke to the manager (I believe) on the phone , and headed over. Once I got there , the ladies at customer service were all very helpful, but the manager was AMAZING! She handled everything perfectly!!! I didn’t get her name :( and I hate it because I would’ve loved to give her some recognition! Anywho, had a pleasant experience and would definitely keep shopping here!!”

Reis (sp? - sorry) suggested I come down after I told him what I needed done and assured me they could probably help me out. Both he and Craig were so kind and helpful.
