“Great Home2 Suites location which stands out for excellent service, thanks to front desk clerk Kristin, who worked the late night shift. My wife, son, and I appreciated the kind and professional service. At Home2, we come for the standard amenities and we were pleased with the value of our king 1 bedroom - bathroom suite. That said, Home2 can have a standard of service that feels more like Hampton Inn. Thanks to Kristin, this hotel has more of a full service, higher quality feel. The management is to commended for great hiring and training, as well as the overall cleanliness. The place seems very efficiently run, more like an Embassy Suites or a Hilton main brand hotel. Plus, the Avondale location is ideal, at the far west end of town. Beyond this, we like the food nearby. Above all, what’s way above average is the late night front desk service. Will return.”

“I stayed here for a few nights to attend a music festival. It was extremely comfortable and convenient. It was clean and quiet. I would absolutely continue to book with this hotel.”

“Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and pillows don’t get flat. Kitchen area a plus. Quick access to Hwy. Only one complaint, the clock from the microwave is very bright that I had to cover with towel in order to fall asleep. I personally need it dark but others maybe ok with it. Overall great hotel.”

“This hotel is decent but nothing fancy. The building itself feels old-school and nostalgic, almost like stepping into a time from my grandfather’s era that I only know from TV. The rooms were okay, though a bit dated - one TV remote didn’t work, and on the other TV I honestly couldn’t figure out how to get regular channels going. Everything seems to run on satellite TV, which felt confusing and outdated for a YouTube and Netflix generation. That said, the people here are outstanding - genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful in a way that really stands out. The hotel gets an average score overall, but the staff easily earn five stars for their behavior and attitude.”
