“I didn't stay here, simply because of availability. But while I was there checking availability, I met one of the nicest people ever. Corrina King at the front desk is an incredible person. Even though there wasn't a room available for me, she treated me like a VIP. She provided me with phone numbers and locations of other hotels, including competitors, to help me find a room. This experience reminded me of the movie Miracle on 34th Street, when the the store was suggesting where people could find products at other stores. In a world where pride in one's job has been lost, Corrina King stands out as a role model we could all follow.”

“The service was great. We had an issue with our tv/remote, and they were quick to fix it. The room itself was decent. The mattress was uncomfortable, so we didn't get a good night rest, just a couple hours due to the bed. I did a room check just check for bugs, and we found just one roach. Overall, it was an okay stay.”
“I booked this hotel couple months ago and bought the insurance just in case we couldn’t make it for our reservation. Well we can’t make it and this co. Will not work with me at all.. I have been trying for a few weeks to get a refund request sheet application update and no one is getting one to me … telling me I do not qualify for refund one day and they will re open refund request next day… make sure u don’t have to cancel this reservation as they will not work with u whatsoever”
