“I can't say enough about Veronica and The Red Lion. Travelling from way out of state, country even. Tired and no where to stay, Veronica went above and beyond to give us a place to stay the night, while we sorted out our financials. Everything got sorted, of course, but she helped us when no one else would. The Red Lion ended up getting out business and $$ for the rest of our stay. Come to find out that this hotel is the place to stay for those receiving treatment for cancer from the medical facility located in the area. All the staff was observed being friendly and attentive with everyone. The room was clean and every day there was a team of very pleasant housekeepers going through the rooms, every day! The provided breakfast was perfectly appointed a little hot a little ready, and endless coffee. Very long story short, if you book here you won't be sorry. Cleanliness, location and customer service 1st class. Thank you Veronica and everyone at The Red Lion Goodyear.”

“Room was nice, quiet night and pillows soft and comfy. For handicap, FYI, they do not have an elevator so be sure to ask for a first floor. The sign is hard to see, so it’s easy to drive past the turn in. Be sure to turn BEFORE Waffle House.”

“Hotel is very close to Interstate 10. Quick check-in and checkout with friendly staff. Comfortable bed with large TV, room safe and two USB-A charging ports. The best part of my stay was the fitness room. Both cardio and multiple weight training machines are available. On the downside, some road noise can be heard, mostly from vehicles with excessively loud mufflers. Would I stay here again, yes. As a nice end to your busy day, choose a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor. You’ll have an excellent view of the sunset.”

“What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.”

“Unfortunately there was a big mixup when we checked in that the front desk person could not handle that evening. To their credit tho, all was resolved the next day. They are located right off the highway exit, so easy to get to your other destinations.”

“Clean, mostly updated hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was too comfy and ended up missing the free complimentary breakfast. All the staff was very helpful, even moving fast to re-accomodate me when I mistakenly booked the wrong type room (through 3rd party app) on a busy weekend. Would come back again.”

“Not bad. Price was cheap. Neighbors were kinda loud, but not hotel's fault. Definitely older, but clean. Smelled like cigarettes. Green space was nice for the dogs. Our house ac went out, this place got us in same day. Nice breakfast.”
