“Vet visits are always challenging for us.Typically we have to wait anywhere from 10 minutes up to 30 minutes when we arrive at our appointments.I am new to the area and didn't know what to expect. First my dog and I waited for 3 minutes and it was our turn we were moved to our room.Next the assistants Gina & Crystal were so good to my boy. Starting with how they put the leash on him. He was upset so they decided instead of creating the slip tie leash around his neck they created a different type of leash that was very considerate.When asked about it she said he looked like he would pull and she felt he would do better with the adjusted leash (which he did).When I arrived to pick him up again I did not wait long before they were ready for me. Dr. Mclhenney was very informative and explained my questions about his report and other concerns. She was very pleasant to speak to.After she finished the report the ladies brought him back and helped me put his harness onFinally when I got home my dog did not take long to settle down. Normally I dread vet visits but this was a great great experience. Thank you!”

“The staff went above and beyond for my Walter!!! They totally surprised me by everyone signing his cast and writing sweet messages for him, since it was his last cast change. Then the entire staff came in as a group to show their love for Walter. It was the sweetest, most heartwarming gesture ever. We felt so special. I love each and every person there.
