“Took our van in for a routine tire balancing and rotation.
It was super easy to book the appointment online with less than a days notice.
Dropped van off a few minutes before my appointment.
The agent was very polite and courteous. He asked if I was going to wait in the lobby till the balancing and rotation was complete and I said I will go for a walk.
I asked how long will it approximately take and he told me 45 minutes and that they would text me when ready.
So I left for my walk and returned in 45 minutes and the van was ready to pick up as promised.
The best part is that the tires were originally purchased there so the balancing and rotation was all done at no charge.
How can you beat that!!!
I will definitely go back to purchase my next set of tires from them due to their amazing customer service.
I highly recommend Discount Tire especially the 99th and McDowell location.

“This Discount Tire has the best customer service I ever seen! I came in because of the free flat tire repair, I had a screw in my tire and it was almost 5:30pm in the afternoon, I feared of being turned away because the time was so close to closing. Brant assisted me with no problem. He assessed the situation, took a look at all 4 tires gave me his recommendation and took my car in. When looking at my tires he asks me about myself and how I was doing and he sure did spread some positivity while talking (Very kind and it left an impression)
While waiting in the lobby, I watch and hear another young man named Sebastian answer the phone with kindness (again so close to closing and tells the customer over the phone, come on in we'll help you) Later offers everyone in the lobby some water. I continue to watch the guys outside through the window and see the hard work of these young men running back and forth knocking out all these cars and handing over the keys once completed! This store is doing something great, it looks like this store has all good guys working here! Just thought I'd share.”

“Every-time I have been to this location in the past couple years the vibe is completely different from any other location & I will never go to another one again. No matter how busy they are not one of them has an attitude or is short with anyone. If anything they all seemed to work really well together being there was a 4hr wait at 6pm when they close, but still willing to take on another customer in need.. and it was pouring rain at the time.. In a world where everyone is always in a hurry, upset or annoyed we need more of this type of work/ customer environment..”

As he found the leak and patch my tire and save me money from buying a new tire. He open the door for me and delivered my car to me.
