“well, their website for scheduling service was broken. then when i called they switched me to the wrong store but called me back in about 15 minutes. i believe they told me they'd have to bring it to the store to service it but a man pulled up and serviced it on the spot. very confusing but extremely convenient (and honest). WOuld definitely use them again! (and it was also cheap)”

“I have been laying low. So today, I went out to start the car dead!
I had bought my battery from OReilly's on Oracle. I have to have a dependable battery. I really don't know how to jump a battery.
This is my go to place O'Reilly's. My battery was still on warranty. He let me upgrade it and for that kindness, and attentiveness, I am thankful. This is the way business is supposed to be run. It's wonderful that O'reilly is up on this hill. Brian happily installed my battery.
And he is very pleasant.
