I do not think the way you UP your price on your rental is fair. I understand it is not long term but if a new person can come in and get the same unit at a lower price that is crazy. If you are getting your payments then you should not discriminate against your loyal customers.”

I heard back from staff the same day with a much smaller, reasonable rate increase. I appreciate the quick response and that the owners were willing to negotiate. The facility is clean, secure and nearby so I didn’t want to find a new facility.”
