“Life savers!!!!! I'm so grateful for the team at Extra Space Storage for going above and beyond for me the other day. I was moving stuff with the cart into the elevator when something fell and knocked my entire set of keys DOWN the elevator shaft. On a Sunday no less! We called the emergency number and was helped ASAP. The facility contacted the elevator company who came out Tues morning and were able to retrieve my keys. Aside from them being so wonderful with their customer service. I feel very safe with their system for getting into the building and knowing no matter what time of day, Im safe inside. The building is temperature controlled, very clean, easy to manage your stuff. I highly recommend this place if you need to store your belongings for any length of time. Thank you again for being so wonderful!”

“During my recent move, I realized at the last minute that I needed a storage unit as I was downsizing. I was thrilled to find a newer Extra Space Storage facility just up the street from my new place. The entire rental process was easy to complete online, and I only needed to stop by the office on my move-in date to finish up—perfect for a hectic moving day.
Hudson, who was filling in that day, was courteous and very helpful. Less than a week later, I realized I needed a slightly larger unit. When I stopped by to see about upsizing, I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Deryk, who has been wonderful to engage with every time I’ve been at the facility. He let me view my upsizing options in person, found me the unit size I wanted just two units over, and handled the lease transfer smoothly and painlessly, which I truly appreciated.
The facility itself is extremely clean and well maintained, inside and out. The staff, customer service, technology, and communication have all been excellent.
My only minor critique—more for senior management—is that on-site managers should have the ability to match online pricing at their discretion. In my case, transferring units was clearly easier for everyone, yet the new unit was slightly more expensive than the online price, which can add up over time. Unfortunately, this wasn’t something Deryk was able to adjust, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility and would absolutely use them again.”
“I highly recommend McDowell Mountain Community Storage. Over the last two years, Jeff, the manager, has been consistently professional, friendly, courteous, and available when needed. I've rented units for both personal and professional needs. Both the facility and the units are easily accessible, exceptionally clean, and well-secured. Based on services and amenities to date, I suspect that I'll be renting from them for several more years.”
“These guys were great. First working with Usiah was a pleasure. We had a mishap on the date of the move and although the day I needed wasn’t available, the next day he was able to get a team of great guys. Worked with Drew and their knowledge of the Clearwater Pinnacle Peak assisted living made the move that much easier. Will be using them again for sure!”
