“The primary reason I stayed at this facility so long was Charles. It’s sad he left. It used to feel like a trusted second home for my things, but now it just feels kind of like a commercial storage building with some employees. I’m sure the new staff is great, but I never got the chance to meet them or get introduced. No point in driving out of the way anymore, I’ll find something closer/cheaper.
Excellent beautiful building though, worked great for a few years, relatively fair pricing and safe surroundings. Easy access and move in / move out policies.
Hopefully the new staff lives up to the great Charles!!”

The catered food and open bar made for a terrific party. Only negative was the DJ was a little loud, hard to talk over the music. Other than that, I am really glad we were able to see this! Very unique party venue.”

“I was renting a space at Public Storage that was 17 minutes away on the freeway, and did not have drive-up access. I switched to CubeSmart because it's conviently located - only 8 minutes away from my home on local roads, has true drive-up access, and was less money per month for a unit twice the size as PS's. All pluses in my book!Also, the manager, Abraham was super-helpful, and very understanding when I accidentally placed my second lock on the wrong unit and told him I had moved into that unit instead.”

“Going through ownership change. Went on Saturday to get some things and nobody was there and door was locked. I called 3 times and they couldn't manage to get anybody there. Very frustrating. Prior to that their prices were very competitive and the facility was clean and cool.”
