9/23/21 went in about 2:00 lady was rude.Worst UPS store in area. Went in today to drop off a USPS service package about 12" x 12" would NOT take to big of package new policy. went over to the ups store west on Carefree why and took NO PROBLEM. Lost me as customer. Terrible customer service

They do everything they can to make you feel like it is your fault when they don't do their job. Poorly trained employees is a sign of poor leadership. Just go to the post office. Half the price and better service... go figure!!

Shipped a collectors item across the country from here. Item was very well packed and secure when it arrived at my house in pittsburgh. Customer service was excellent as well! Will definitely use this ups store again in the future.
