Drop off a package on Monday afternoon, pay expedite shipping, only to get status confirmation from UPS that it wasn't picked up until Tuesday afternoon? Really ?!!

The correct address was written on the package. UPS covered the address partially with their label. Instead of arriving for Christmas 2022, the package was redirected back to sender over a month later. Thus forcing the sender to re-ship. Christmas gifts will now arrive for Valentine's day. I don't trust this place anymore.

These guys do a great job. Never had a problem there. In an out - simple. Good employees. I guess I must've missed the long-haired guy that you all hate so much.
