“i have come to this location twice the first time juan helped me with printing and emailing documents and was a wonderful help and so friendly ! so i came back today and richard helped me with emailing finding documents in my phone for me and printed over 50 pages i others r wouldn’t of known how to do i am not very good at technology have just moved to arizona 2 months ago, and your staff at this location is by far the most friendly patient and helpful ups emoyees( ever) i really appreciate you guys!!!!!! you deserve a raise and it may not seem like a big deal but i could not of gotten these legal documents completed without their help sincerly a greatful!!! customer”

“Curious if “Big John” was even at the same store?!! We’re there several times a week and always receive excellent customer service. Once again, we’re there today and to no surprise received very polite and prompt service! We later realized we misplaced a UPS tracking number for a very important package dropped off earlier this week. So we called the store and Richard was able to easily retrieve the number and told us the package was delivered yesterday. Thanks again Richard!!”

“I've always had a great experience with the people that work here. In the past couple of months, the girls here are always very pleasant and very accommodating, especially Emma. Sometimes, I'm having to rush in a few minutes before closing and they are still very accommodating and genuinely sweet.The only thing I would say that I miss is that there was a manager, Louise Nagy, who I have dealt with a couple of times in the past and she was great to work with. I haven't seen her in a long, long time. I used to think she was the owner, but I think she is, or was, just the manager. I miss seeing her there. It was very helpful to have her there as the manager. (I'm not sure they have a manager there now.)I have used this UPS many times in the past 3 years and I would not go to any other UPS store, if I can help it. I love it also because it's never crazy, packed busy. And, even if it gets a little busier, it's very organized and very well run. Everything runs smoothly and very quickly. Absolutely 5 STARS for this UPS!”
