When I checked out, I asked the cashier, “all should be 40% off as that’s what it said back there right?” Imagine my surprise when she answers, “I can do better than that, they are actually all 50% off!” I didn’t even need a coupon or anything! Wow, that was a great surprise. Only wish I had more time to grab a few more.”

“The manager, Cecilia, and her team are incredible. I was in a terrible pinch due to an unexpected delay with an online order caused by FedEx, and the folks here were more than willing to help me create a similar order to pick up in store as a back-up while I tried to figure things out with FedEx. Within just a couple hours of calling them with my issue, Cecilia's team called back with a workable substitute order to ensure I did not need to cancel or postpone our arts workshop. Huge thank you to this store for the wonderful customer service and timely assistance!”

“Decent prices, discount with phone number, and lots of supplies. Employees can be really hit or miss but most are wonderful. My only complaint is that I have to leave my bag up front and the employees don't really watch the bags. It'd be super easy for someone to snag it on the way out. I suggest having a designated area behind the registers.”
“Came into Hobby Lobby to pick up up a ton of paints and painting supplies. They had a great selection, but missing quite a few colors I was needing. Staff was kind and helpful. Registers were crazy busy, 2 cashiers working.”

“I had a return and they made the process super simple.They were able to look up my card and put the money back on it since I lost my receipt. The line was kind along for the returns and exchanges since there was only one register doing them. I always come here for birthday parties. Gifts and overall home décor their prices are unbeatable.”
