Crystal Springs Car Wash Kyrene is a clean and well-maintained facility that offers a variety of options for car cleaning. Customers appreciate that everything works properly, and the self-serve stations are easy to use, with fair pricing and no wait times. The location features a separate drive-through dryer and a spotless rinse option, making it convenient for those who prefer to wash their cars themselves. However, some reviews mention that the quality of the touchless automatic wash has declined in recent years, with issues like lack of soap or foam during the wash. The staff, notably an employee named John, has received praise for excellent customer service, going out of his way to ensure satisfaction, including re-washing and waxing a vehicle when needed. Overall, customers find the car wash to be a good, clean place to wash their cars, especially for self-service, though some may consider other options for vacuuming services. The staff’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction stands out, making it a reliable spot for car care.
Everything works and I feel pretty safe in that area. Auto wash always works as well...

It left a ton of blue soap all over the car. Didn’t rinse very well.

This car wash is good, but pretty pricey compared to other coin operated options within 5 miles radius. Loved the foam spray, but water is cold so be careful spraying under the Bay Area on a hot engine. Also, there is no tap option for credit cards or cell phone. Be vigilant for any credit card skimmers.
