It's a small drugstore almost identical to Walgreens which is kind of expensive by the way - compared to Walmart any way.

Well stocked first aid / wound care section, was able to find products on the shelf i've had to order on line in past - silver antimicrobial gel, hydrocolloid gel pads of two sizes
