Bought several Holiday gift items on- line and needed to return one. Had some difficulties with on-line return, and Adam went above and beyond to work with Eddie Bauer Headquarters Customer Svc to straighten things out. A very pleasant personal experience! Thank you Adam! I will remain a loyal Eddie Bauer Customer because of people like you.

I visited the Eddie Bauer store in the Chandler Fashion Center in Dec and got a great deal on many Xmas gifts for my husband and friends. They had a 90 day return policy, there were a few items that didn’t work out so I went back to the store to return them. I was very annoyed with myself because I left the receipt at home. Brandy, the Customer Svc Rep who was assisting me noticed I had signed up for their EB program so she was able to pull up my receipt and returned the items. I left the store and was halfway thru the mall when I realized Brandy was running after me to return the phone I left in their counter. She went above and beyond, I was getting ready to go on a trip and would have been lost without my phone. Thank you Brandy!!

The quality just keeps going down. You almost must pay $7 for each return - no more combining items in one bag. Not good for your wallet or the environment. Really really poor quality. I could see thru the hoodie sweatshirt. Better quality at H&M!

When you buy an item and then have to wait through the entire winter season it would be worn through!!!!. Especially when you make repeated phone enquiries and they lie and tell you it will be mailed within the next week.

Dismissive and unhelpful employees. Eddie Bauer used to be my favorite store. That's changed. I am cancelling my account because of the no return policy. VERY POOR service.

After buying the same long sleeve shirts for years they will not allow me to exchange the current ones with the “goofy twisted sleeves” because I washed them before I tried them on.There should have been a warning label to alert the change in quality and the now defunct “highest quality standards” guarantee.Losing a loyal customer!

Excellent selection and friendly staff. Only downside is that it’s in a mall. Eddie Bauer products are very well made and pricing is moderate.

Always great customer service and quality products. Kudos to Brandy for all of her assistance on finding some Women Guide Pro shorts and also helping with placing an online order. She couldn't have been more friendly or helpful!

I purchased the Expedition 2.0 bag to replace what I suppose was 1.0. The first bag lasted many years of travel. The new bag lasted one flight. The quality at Eddie Bauer has diminished. They would not honor the warranty and offered a 20% discount on a new purchase. I purchased an Amazon Essential bag. Same size, better base construction, heavier nylon and it was less than 1/2 the price. Eddie Bauer lost his way.
