They are knowledgeable in resolving issues, such as processing returns without a physical receipt by using the store program. While product quality is always praised, the variety and selection, particularly for men's pants, can sometimes be limited in the store, with more options available online.
I was traveling through Chandler today and stopped only to find that Eddie Bauer has closed all it's brick and mortar locations .

I wanted to replace my aging 25-year-old Eddi Bauer rain parka, one of my favorite pieces of clothing. I brought in the old jacket. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me find a close replacement. A good experience.
