Your delivery driver Dustin is horrible. Says he tried to delivery at 1:21pm today. I was at home waiting for my delivery and said he tried to at that time. Absolutely nobody came up to my door and tried to deliver a package. This is possibly the worst fedex with lying drivers who don’t even attempt to get your package to you. I expect much better especially when the package is already 2 days late and on track to be 5 days late. Do better. You are the most expensive way to ship anymore and your services do not reflect that. I am absolutely fuming that y’all are lying saying you tried to reach us yet not a single person came up to my door to prove it. I expect this type of service from usps not fedex. I will personally never use any fedex again. Train your drivers better. Do better. This is unacceptable.

Most pathetic company on the planet. Can’t talk to human don’t know whether they can help you with the package drop off. Customer service is down the toilet these days.

Was told 2 delivery attempts made to my home. Photo of door tag each time that does not exist. Was zoomed in photo. We were home both times, no doorbell ring, no knock. Received package 2 of 2 Saturday like normal.
Was told 3rd attempt to deliver package 1 of 2 would be when I was home from office. Between 530pm and 8pm. They showed up at 1pm. Said final attempt. And no door tag because my daughter answered the door. Garbage. Now told I have to drive to shipping location or distribution center to pick up my package within 2 days or it goes back to shipper. Worst experience with fedex

Driver decided to park across three of the best upfront parking spots even compromising the handicap spot. My wife had trouble getting out due to his negligence and when I asked him why he did this, he got aggressive with me and told me “it was just a quick delivery” and I needed to “just chill out”. As he left he thought it would be funny to pretend he was going to back in to me. Unprofessional and juvenile but the nose ring should have tipped me off to that.

The Chandler facility is the gathering location for the circle jerk sessions. Apparently they last for days..
My package was due on Sat 10/25, today is Mon 12/25 and my item is still sitting at this location.
There is nothing “Express” with this company. The only concern with this company is to make sure its management teams can “get their suck on” without interference.

I watched the driver drive right past me, its hard to find my unit, but not that hard, then the del time was updated to 'end of day', I was late to work so I could be home to sign, now I have to drive somewhere to get my pkg. Help line was indian, fedex used to be a reliable shipper

I can understand why a very large company might choose not to use FedEx Ground for their shipping. I’ve had two recent packages delayed, one of which was supposed to be delivered on a specific date. Unfortunately, it arrived two days late, causing me to miss an event where the item was needed.
Now, I have another shipment that was meant to arrive yesterday, and I have no idea when it will actually get here. Although I wasn't the one who shipped the packages, I informed the company I ordered from about the delays, suggesting they seek a refund or at least a credit.
I'm not sure what issues FedEx is facing, but it might be worth their while to hire more drivers or investigate their franchises to understand the problem. Overall, my experience with FedEx Ground in Chandler, AZ, has not been great. I hope they get it together, FEDEX is a great company for Overnight deliveries .

The woman on the phone is very hard to understand. They can’t even call the location for the distribution center and the driver checked 1 door of 4 at my delivery spot and since the first door was locked he left without delivery. Extremely frustrating. Horrible service.

a little difficult to know what to do when picking up, limited signage and direction. but very friendly staff and know what they are doing.
