FedEx Ground is a location that is not open to the public, with limited signage and directions for pickups. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, doing their best to assist customers. The facility handles deliveries efficiently, with drivers working hard to deliver packages even in difficult situations. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and the drivers’ efforts to ensure packages arrive, despite occasional packaging issues that can cause packages to open during transit. Overall, the team provides reliable service in a busy environment.
My boss sent me a link to google maps with directions to the FedEx location in Chandler,Az. Turn by turn directions were spot on. I can recommend Google Maps.

I've never shipped FedEx Ground so I wasn't sure if I went to the right place. I did. Let me say DENISE was so incredibly helpful!! She deserves a raise, thank you so much Denise for helping me through the process and handling my shipment. You are a rock star!!

Clean location, parking lot is very crowded though due to it also being an employee parking lot.
