We have been coming to the Chandler Fidelity office for several years now. We work most closely with Jacob Sickler and Josh Chan. I can’t recommend them enough for financial guidance and support. We recently had our midyear review of our accounts and we always look forward to it. They are so personally invested in how we are as a family, not just our accounts. They answer our questions, the very patient, they explain so many things and help us understand the projections for the future as much as possible. We are so grateful to have Jake and Josh on our team. We trust them immensely.

My delivery driver dylan was good. He knocked i answered. Then i got a email about the delivery not what dominos wanted. I am not taking the offer. Dylan did his job.

Randomly stopped in today to resolve questions and issues, met with Brendan for about 30 minutes. Answered a ton of questions and solved my issues. Very helpful and spent the time dealing with me.

DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY TO FIDELITY INVESTMENTS. THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR 22 DAYS AND NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE IT OR WITHDRAW. Just got off the phone with them and was explained that it needs to settle and it will be ready 22 days after my initial deposit. Also their customer service rep just kept repeating over and over that it needs to settle with no real explanation. My bank already cleared it and it's out of my account. This was an ach transfer, not a check.

Made an appointment online to speak to an advisor in person. Easy least. Except when I got there, I waited 30 minutes into an hour appointment with nobody saying a word. Clearly the person I made the appointment with had no clue I was coming. I’ll be using online services from now on. I can usually find what I need using the 800 number. What a disappointment how bad their service is now compared to when I opened my accounts there years ago. At that time, they cared. Now, not so much.

Dealing with the 800 number and their headquarters and transition services is like dealing with Wells Fargo days before their class action lawsuit. you could feel the lies coming from the transition services man's mouth, he also takes 3 or 4 weeks to get back to you by phone l

Their VP isn't a fiduciary. He misrepresented what he sold me and cost my family 50k. They didn't manage my account and made 5 token trades of 1% of my money. No communication took 4 days to talk to my money manager who I found out wasn't my money manager. They lied to me about making commision on the product when there own internal compensation documents show they do. They have no money savvy. I have been with them for 30 years and all they care about is taking the 1 percent from your account monthly. Don't ever trust these people. Their own managed services people told me they mismanaged my account and secretary told me they broke the law by trading my funds after I put two holds on the account. I will be filing a formal complaint with the SEC and FINA. Then they offered to refund a 1000 dollars to me if I would stay with them.
